Using modelling, it shows that capital investment in zero emission buses and bus priority can indeed unlock efficiencies, and that these benefits can be multiplied by combining that investment with enhanced revenue funding support.

These are in three areas – the consultation process; the impact on passenger experience; and the interaction with wider goals that city regions have for our people and places.
