We are working with our members to ensure that their workforce reflects the diversity of the areas they serve and to support them in attracting, retaining and developing the skills and expertise they need to respond effectively to the complex challenges they face in changing times.

How we work on people and skills

 

Laura Shoaf, Chief Executive of West Midlands Combined Authority, is the leader Board member for the Urban Transport Group on people and skills. Rebecca Fuller and Saila Acton are the lead members of staff working on people and skills.

Our Organisational Development group within the Professional Network works on people and skills.
