James Kershaw
James joined the Urban Transport Group in 2018. As Communications and Engagement Lead, he oversees all communications and marketing activities including press, social media and events, and on engagement with UTG's partners, supporters and other key stakeholders.
Prior to joining the Urban Transport Group, James led on marketing and communications for a global non-profit organisation focused on sustainability in the built environment, and is a former journalist.
James completed an MA in Print Journalism and holds a BA Joint Honours in History and Politics, both from the University of Sheffield. He also has an MSc in Climate Change and Development fromĀ SOAS University of London.
James is a member of theĀ UITP (the International Association of Public Transport) Marketing Committee.
