The Department for Transport is seeking views on the transport adaptation strategy, which includes actions and policies to enhance climate adaptation planning and action across the sector.

UTG's consultation response highlights how its members are already embedding climate risk in their objectives and recognise the urgency of the task. Having up-to-date, relevant guidance on Local Transport Plans would help to further support them in planning for climate risks.
