In this session students will learn about facing the future and explore common challenges, cross cutting themes, horizon scanning and look at strategic/holistic/joined-up thinking.  They will hear from Samuele de Guido, Department for Transport about using AI to predict future trends and also from Jordan Nicholas from Transport for London on change management and behavioural change.
