Session 1 of the 2023-24 cohort is launched today in Liverpool. This member only programme aims to develop the next generation of senior leaders within our network.  The first session will focus on what makes a leader. The group will hear an opening address from Tobyn Hughes, Managing Director, Transport North East and also hear from Katherine Fairclough, Chief Executive of the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority on what makes a leader and about her own leadership journey.
