This member only programme aims to develop the next generation of senior leaders within our network.  The first session will focus on what makes a leader.  The students will hear a welcoming address from Tobyn Hughes, UTG Board Member, and Managing Director of Transport North East, and also joining us on the day will be Heidi Mottram, Chief Executive of Northumbrian Water who will share her personal journey.
