The Northern Powerhouse Partnership Annual Transport Reception, co-hosted by Liverpool City Council and the Urban Transport Group, brings together colleagues from across the transport sector with business leaders, Members of Parliament, local government leaders and a range of infrastructure stakeholders. 

There will be speeches from senior politicians, and drinks and canapes will be served.
