This Strategic Plan outlines UTG's priorities for 2026-29. The plan, signed off by our Board of Directors, details what the organisation seeks to achieve under four pillars: sustaining and growing the UTG Network; powering the case (through evidence-led advocacy for powers, funding and delivery), leading the sector; and strengthen our foundations for the future.
