Bridget Rosewell

Bridget Rosewell CBE, MA, MPhil, FICE, FACSS, FSPE is an experienced director, policy maker and economist, with a track record in advising public and private sector clients on key strategic issues. She chairs Flood Re and the M6 Toll Company and is a non-executive for the Atomic Weapons Establishment. She is a senior adviser to Prysm Global.

In addition to her board portfolio, which focuses on policy issues and investments, she also advises on strategic projects on the interface between public and private investment. This includes financeability, transport planning, and utility regulation. 

In previous roles, she has been Chair of Atom Bank, a Commissioner for the National Infrastructure Commission, chaired the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency, been Senior Independent Director for Network Rail and Chief Economic Adviser to the Greater London Authority.

Bridget has worked extensively on cities, infrastructure and finance, advising on projects such as HS1 and HS2 and Crossrail, as well as major property developments and regeneration such as Pinewood and Oxford to Cambridge Arc. 

She has advised on changes to planning regulation and Transport for London’s finances and has appeared at planning Inquiries. She chaired the Rosewell review on planning inquiries and sat on a working group for the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government on planning.
